Scouted. First you need to upload a minimum of four (4) pieces of art that are not crap and that follows the rules (your own work (not stolen), not pornographic, not photograph, not in general illegal and not racist and/or hateful), until you do that you are not scoutable. Once you have done that then all you have to do is wait - if your art is good then someone will eventually find and scout you.
